TASDIQ: Journal Islamic Studies and Syariah is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research articles, literature reviews, and conceptual papers in the fields of Islamic Studies and Syariah. The journal aims to promote research that contributes to the development of syariah sciences and Islamic scholarship in response to contemporary social and challenges. welcome papers from academicians on theories, philosophy, conceptual paradigms, academic research, as well as religion practices. In particular, papers which consider the following general topics are invited Islamic Studies and Syariah (The journal welcomes scholarly studies in the field of Islamic Studies and Syariah, including Islamic law, Uṣul al-fiqh, Qawaʿid Fiqhiyyah, Maqaṣid al-shari’ah, Islamic Family Law, Islamic Economic Law (Muʿamalat), Syariah Economic, Halal Studies, Waqf and Zakat, as well as contemporary issues in Syariah). Publication decisions The editor of Journal Islamic Studies and Syariah is responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal should be published. Validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers should always drive such decisions.
